Step 3: We Schedule Your Evaluation
Once we receive your forms and referral, our team will contact you to schedule your child’s first appointment.
We move quickly and keep the process simple for you.

Step 4: Attend the Assessment
What to expect:
- 🕒 About 60 minutes
- 👩👦 Parent stays on-site and participates
- 💬 Includes parent interview and Q&A
- 📱 Bring AAC device (if applicable)
Step 5: Therapy Planning & Authorization
After the evaluation:
- A report is sent to your child’s pediatrician
- We request insurance authorization
- Our team contacts you to begin therapy services
Most children attend therapy 1–2 times per week, based on their individualized plan.
